I hold a Doctorate in Engineering Management with a specialization in Business Process Management, Optimization, and Re-engineering, complemented by a Master’s degree in Engineering Management. By profession, I am an Aerospace Engineer with extensive experience in maintenance, supply chain, and logistics management within the aviation sector, having served in diverse leadership roles across all maintenance and logistics echelons.

My academic and professional foundation has equipped me with advanced analytical and managerial skills to analyze, optimize, and redesign business processes for improved operational performance and organizational efficiency. Additionally, I have broad experience in developing product documentation, instructional materials, and training manuals, contributing to process standardization, workforce development, and continuous improvement across teams and departments.

My additional qualification as a Certified Auditor and Assessor in multiple ISO standards equips me with in-depth expertise in auditing, documenting, and enhancing management systems in accordance with international standards.
